Cabo de 30 pinos para USB da Apple

Today, 11/25/2016, I made a complaint to Apple Brasil technical support regarding the Apple USB 30-pin Cable (Case: 1************), in which I own the product at 15 months, which is the second Cable 30-pin to Apple USB; Question about the useful life of this product? Should it be considered permanent or temporary?

Because the company's name is strong in the world market, it is unacceptable that an Apple product be considered of poor quality.

Knowing the competitor's product, the product has a much longer life and is still used in other versions.

I made this claim for Apple to verify the production of this item, being that the handling is constant, but the material does not have this handling.
