Spotlight does not find apps

hi there,

somehow spotlight stopped displaying apps when i search for them. i tried to reindex in any conceivable way (preferences>spotlight, terminal), but not a single app is showing up. it seems the app folder is just not indexed, even if i tell spotlight to index just the applications folder. all kinds of other items show up when i search in spotlight, but no apps at all.

is there any way to completely reset spotlight, other than just deleting the index file and preferences?

Hallo alle,

Spotlight hat aufgehört mir Apps (zum Starten) anzuzeigen wenn ich nach ihnen suche. Ich habe bereits alle Methoden zum reindizieren versucht die mir eingefallen sind (Einstellungen>Spotlight, Terminal), aber keine einzige App zeigt sich. Es hat den Anschein, dass der Programme Ordner nicht indiziert wird. Oder nicht angezeigt wird, selbst wenn ich Spotlight anweise nur den Programme Ordner zu indizieren. Alle anderen Arten von Dateien werden angezeigt, wenn ich in Spotlight suche, nur eben gar keine Programme.

Gibt es irgendeinen Weg Spotlight komplett zu initialisieren, abgesehen vom Löschen der Index Datei und der Spotlight-Einstellungen? Ich habe sogar schon ein neues System drüber installiert, auch das hat nicht geholfen.
