was trying to add funds to my apple id. I'm a german resident; thus I tried paypal, credit/debit card, etc . via itunes I read purchasing null. then this error message pops up: "Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed Contact iTunes Store Support to complete this transaction."
tried to switch off devices, log off and on, etc. where might be the problem?
