Chrome not affected by new macOS Catalina screen time restrictions

I have 2017 MacBook Pro running macOS Catalina 10.15.1. I enabled content restrictions in screentime, specifically to block certain websites. I manually entered the websites into the "custom" screen.

These websites are now being blocked in safari, but still accessible in Chrome (Version 78.0.3904.108)

Quite annoying since i really like how screentime works. I wish it didn't habe this issue.

Anyone have any tips or help?
