Hi,
i own a 13''' Macbook white mid 2009, 4GB Ram SATA and want to change from Hard Drive to 500GB SSD.
So i ask which one is compatible, does anybody have experience?
Best result from my research is Crucial CT500MX500SSD1, but i am not sure about.

The Crucial is a good choice. The best SSD speed to the cheap SSD speed is barely noticeable in your config. But the bump from HDD to SSD is awesome.
(In case your Macbook gets warm fast, the ventilation running very very often, consider changing the thermal paste on your main board CPU/GPU, there are DIY tutorials at ifixit for example. Here a link: https://bsid.io/posts/2019/03/how-to-improve-macbook-pro-performance-and-thermals/ that helped my old MB to new life... )

Every 2,5“ Sata SSD works fine
I did this once with one of the first alubody Macbooks, a 2009 13''. It's very easy - just make a TM-Backup and restore the MB from this after changing the drive. It's even easier if you are able to clone the old HDD.
