Bluetooth VW car connection is poor & terrible !

Hey Folk‘s!

I get a really bad bluetooth connection in all of my VW vehicle‘s - Vw crafter year 2019 and 2018, also Vw caddy year 2017.

The problem is the quallity of the connection, you are unable to do a normal conversation or to understand a whole sentence.

another problem is the vw crafter spotify accelerator problem!

every time when the accelerator go down, the sound vollume is also going down - thats so annyoing 🤬🤬

VW tell me that they can‘t help me, i musst tell this apple! So please make it work soon as possible!!

PS: and no it‘s not a newbee problem, i reseted the bluetooh connection again and again, also everytime the lastet firmware and ios on the phone.

Last time i tested 4x iPhones 10 and 11 pro and 6x SAMSUNG, ergo Samsung works perfectly normal in vw!

In BMW X5, X6 apple phones doing their job perfect!

so do i need a secondary phone like SAMSUNG to get this invention mobilephone work in my fleet?!?!
