Is there any way to recover FCP X Movie from High Quality Render Files in Project Folder?

I created a FCP X Project in 2012 and it got corrupted back then. I saved everything I could and migrated it to my 2013 iMac but never found a way to recover the actual movie I rendered from it. By bad luck all rendered versions were lost during the switching computers.

Now I'm left with the original FCP X Project folder that still contains the High Quality Render Files in segments named "Frame 0 - 1023" until "Frame 11264 - 12287" along with a plist file. To total file size of those render files is 3,44 GB.

Since it's a very important movie to me that I did for my father: is there any way to recreate the video from the render files?
