How to Exclude utorrent File from TimeMachine

Hello

I Use Utorrent to download files. These are extracted to the Download Folder.

I have already exclude the ~/Downloads/.

But always he want to BackUp Gigabyte of Data? Where are these Tempory or Hidden files Stored. Now it just start 3.1 Gb of Data which takes 6 hours :-(

My new MacBook Pro 16 is such as slow that I hate to work with it over WLAN, exspecialy Backups takes hours. At this moment the machine I most use is the older MacBook Pro, which is fast with the same WLAN Hardware ?!? Even my MacBook Air 2013 ist faster over WLAN als my MacBook Pro 16 ?!?
