After my last update of Catalina 10.15.4 my laptop enters very often in a non-responsive state, you know the rainbow circle rotating endlessly, for different reasons, from opening/closing Office or other app to opening links of Facebook. I have no idea what to do. Most of the time I have to either force quit an app or to restart the computer from the on/off button.
