MacBook Pro 13' M1 2020 8GB RAM runs very slow / jittery / laggy / has much stutter

Hey Apple Community (sorry for my bad english Im not native english) 3 days ago I bought a new M1 MacBook Pro M1 and was wondering why it was running so slow and unresponsive. Two days of research and optimization try outs nothing changed. So I returned it today and got a new one as I thought it was a hardware problem but it didnt change anything its the same laggy, unresponsive UI as before. Im a bit confused as the M1 MacBook is praised as lightning fast from every tec youtuber and from apple itself but even my 300€ university laptop could scroll buttery smooth trough a website and the 1.300€ MacBook with M1 chip cant? Even on iOS devices scrolling and switching trough apps is so buttery smooth. Is there any secret energy safing mode enabled or something wrong with my RAM usage or something like that or is it just normal that its so slow? Heard it is from Big Sur but its already 11.2.2 now and if its a real problem then it should be patched by now. Dont know what to do anymore, are there any people who can relate? Thanks for your answers!

"cmd R" ist Neuinstallation übers Internet; sauber, schnell, bequem 😊

und nach Neuinstallation nochmal EtreCheck aufrufen, bevor Sie ausser dem OS weitere Software installieren!

I always recommend a very radical but most efficient way of solving any problem; so I'd like to recommend the following:

Restart your Mac by simultaneously pressing cmd R until this menu will appear

delete your current SSD (after a back up of your badly needed files in a safe place), formate it the APFS way and reinstall a clean and proper new system 11.2.2.

This should fix your problems, hopefully 🙂

And, before you'd install any other software apart from OS, run Etrecheck again after reinstalling system 11.2.2. It might facilitate tracing the cause of the earlier "failures" and misbehavior.

load "Etrecheck" from App Store (its free), run it on your MB Pro and post the outcome in here.

Huch ich bin ja in einem deutschen Forum, gar nicht gemerkt :-D

Clean Install ist mit einem USB Stick wo das Betriebssystem drauf gespeichert ist oder? Ich habe leider momentan weder USB Stick noch Adapter um es so zu machen, geht es auch einfach so über das OS X neu installieren Feld in dem Menü? So hatte ich es bei dem ersten MacBook schon einmal gemacht. Wenn es danach immer noch so langsam ist, dann liegt es nicht an der Software und auch nicht an der Hardware da es ja schon das 2. MacBook ist oder? Dann muss ich es wohl einfach akzeptieren und vielleicht auf Updates warten, was echt enttäuschend wäre.
