third party apps

Ich überlege mir die iwatch6 cellular zu kaufen. Mir scheint es aber, daß third Party Apps (Whatsapp, oebb, musik, smarthome, usw...) nicht kompatiebel sind. kann das wirklich sein? Das würde die Uhr (mit SIM) zu 80% nutzlos machen.
