your question is difficult to decide especially since the more serious problems that have arisen after the upgrade to Monterey have occurred in some Macs and MacBooks with T2 security chip like yours 🍎
From my point of view, you would be well advised if you waited a few more weeks before upgrading to Monterey; usually it doesn't take that long to fix major bugs within the first two updates 😉
