Apple fitness plus isn’t available in my app

Firet day here in Germany for apple fitness plus, friends use it already but not available in my app also in settings apple one only available without fitness plus

iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 15

Good morning. Do you have a German Apple account running? In Settings > General > Region is also Germany selected?
