Importing downloaded music

Is there any way to import music that i have downloaded in my folders app on iphone into apple music? Right now i am using Musica but it frankly is a pain in the ass to use, any help is appreciated.

Sidenote: I tried using the Itunes app on Windows but i am over it it sucks so bad, had to reset my phone and it still didnt work
