Not able to accept new apple terms and conditions

Hello,

I’m trying to update both Firefox and Corona-warn apps in my iPhone XR, but it is not loading them and hence I’m not able to accept any terms and conditions. Has anyone else faced the same issue and can provide any input on how to solve this?

I have already tried with different wifi networks (trying to check if that was the issue) but still same result.

I’d appreciate any help where I don’t need to reset my phone, if possible.
