MacBook Pro M1Max friert ein und rebootet

Hallo zusammen,

mein neues MacBookPro mit M1Max Prozessor legt wiederholt und mehrfach am Tag einen komplette hin.

Das System friert, nichts geht mehr und nach kurzer Zeit rebootet der komplett.

Nach ersten Recherchen tritt das Verhalten wohl bekannter weise bei YouTube-HDR Videos auf, aber bei den letzten 5 Reboot habe ich kein Youtube genutzt.

Was kann ich machen, ausser jedes Mal die Crashreboots an Apple zu schicken, worauf man eh keine Rückmeldung bekommt.

Hallo,

wir belassen das hier jetzt, ich schalte den Support ein und schicke das Gerät zurück.

Ich hab gestern abend 6mal versucht das MacOS 12.2 Update zu installieren, der ist jedes Mal gecrashet beim Vorbereiten des Updates - dann hatte ich die Nase gestrichen voll.

Das geht garnicht.

So mal ein Update:

mein MBP2021 war zwischenzeitlich 2 1/2 Wochen beim Apple-Support Partner, was hat es gebracht: nix.

Hardware in Ordnung und zeigt keine Probleme.

Der Fehler konnte nur einmal beobachtet werden und das Geräte wurde darauf hin neu aufgesetzt ( was ich vorher auch bereits erfolglos gemacht habe )

Ich hab alle Programme nach und nach wieder installiert und immer 1 Tage beobachtet, den ersten Absturz hatte ich bereits nach 4 Stunden und gestern waren es alleine 10, teilweise
Heute rufe ich wieder bei Apple an und dann will ich von denen einen klare Aussage, was die Abstürze verursacht, oder die können das Teil zurück haben - ich habe freundlich gesagt die Nase gestrichen voll.

Der Fehler tritt in allen möglichen Betriebszuständen auf - mit und ohne externe Geräte, im Netz- oder Akkubetrieb, nach 10h problemlosen Betrieb oder direkt nach einem Neustart, bei Nutzung unterschiedlicher Anwendungen, ob eine Anwendung läuft oder 10, usw. - keinerlei System zu erkennen.

Ob der Support sich den Crash-Report angeschaut hat, ich wage es zu bezweifeln.

Interessant! Zumal die andere Reparaturfirma keinen Fehler feststellen konnte, obwohl er einmal bei ihnen auftauchte. Ich drücke die Daumen, dass das (hoffentlich) neue Austauschgerät dann einwandfrei funktioniert!
