Questions

which ports use Apple mail for exchange 2016 EWS
which port is used for forwarding on the firewall to exchange
external url only https://mail.xxxx.de ist accepted. mail.xxxx.de ist included in the certificate
what is the account for sending mails - without account or exchange or ?????
what is the port number in server setting
TLS/SSL usage is ok?
what must be used for authentication password ? without? NTLM ? ore soething else

Mail for exchange on iphone and ipad runs without problems. Outlook web access on Macbookair with Safari runs too.

Any idea for solving my problem?

Ansonsten die Frage, da es sich ja sicherlich um ein Firmengerät handelt, ob du der Admin bist. Ansonsten eben an den Admin wenden. Ist aber auch kein Hexenwerk das einzurichten (siehe Links oben).
