Mail Apps stürzt ab wenn „leere“ Anhänge vorhanden sind

da keine Antwort von Apple kommt. Vielleicht hat jemand das gleiche Problem. Wir haben es in zwei großen Firmennetzwn nachstellen können und es ist reproduzierbar. Entschuldigt aber ich wollte es nicht nochmal am Handy übersetzen :):

Hello we are facing a big issue with the mail app of iOS. Sone emails have „empty“ attachment files which causing an closing of the mail app if you want to answer or forward the mail if it ask to also load the empty attachment. We were able to reproduce it by e.g. creating an calendar event and invite attendees. Afterwards the System invitation email was attached to a new email. The receiver of this new emails has this empty attachment. Also we saw E-Mails with other emails as an attachment. This attached email has own attachments. The top emails has a number of empty attachment as the attached email has. You cannot answer or forward the email as mail app stops immediately working if you say yes for loading all attachments.

We also tested it with OWA, Outlook app and Android. No problems seen here. The empty attachments are not existing.

We tested it with two different Exchange Server 2016 and 2018. same effect with the iOS mail app.

We tested it also on different iPhones in our institution. Same effect. iPhone 7 - iPhone 12.
