Fraud Charges from Apple.com/Bill, iTunes.com, Irland

My credit card VISA has been debited with the following tow charges from Apple.com/Bill,

iTunes.com, Irland

On June 30 the debited amount on my credit card war CHF 5 and on July 6 the amount was CHF 25.

I have checked my Apple/iTunes account and I did not have any purchases or subscriptions

done with these amounts or dates.

My credit card company cannot do anything to revert these charges, they told me to put

the complaint with Apple.

How can I put the complaint with Apple if there is no app associated?

Bitte schau auch im Spam Ordner nach, Rechnungen landen schon mal dort, ansonsten natürlich im Posteingang oder hier:

Ich schaue IMMER meine Spam Ordners an und dort war nie eine Apple Rechnung drin.

Dein Hinweis, mein Problem über reportaproblem.apple.com bringt mir nicht weiter, weil man dort spezifisch auf ein App hinweisen und ankreuzen muss, auf welches sich mein Problem bezieht. Da ich aber nicht weiss, wieso diese Kosten belastet wurden und ich keine App sehe, die diese Kosten hat, hilft mir dies alles nicht.

Wie und wo kann ich also mein Problem schildern, wenn es ja nicht über reportaproblem.apple.com geht, weil ich dort nicht auf eine ungerechtfertigte Belastung hinweisen kann, wo ich keine Verbindung zu einem getätigten Kauf finden kann?
