Externes Display Anzeigefehler MacBook Pro mit Dell U4919DW

Hallo liebe Community,

ich habe seit dem Wochenende ein neues externes Display [Dell U4919DW, 49 Zoll, 5120x1440 @60Hz, USB-C 3.0 (DP & PD)] und habe mich gefreut es mit meinem MacBook Pro (2017, 4x Thunderbolt 3) über ein Original Dell Kabel, welches dem Monitor beilag, zu verbinden. Laut den Tech Specs des MacBooks sollte die Auflösung und Bildwiederholfrequenz kein Problem sein (siehe MacBook Pro (13 Zoll, 2017, Vier Thunderbolt 3 Anschlüsse) - Technische Daten (DE).) Es wird "Ein Display mit einer Auflösung von 5120 x 2880 bei 60Hz," unterstützt.

Die Realität sieht leider wie auf den Bildern aus: Ich sehe, dass ein Bild angezeigt wird aber es ist ein heftiger Anzeigefehler drin. Das Bild ist stabil und es gibt kein Flickern o.ä., aber es ist leider nichts zu sehen. Das gleiche ist auch auf den integrierten Display. Wenn ich mich über Teamviewer (Remote-Lösung) auf meinen MacBook verbinde, dann sehe ich die vollen 5120 Pixel in der Breit ohne Probleme, nur auf den Displays gibt erst einen Fehler.

Ich habe bereits meinen NVRAM über CMD+OPTION+P+R gelöscht und alle 4 Thunderbolt Ports probiert.

Kennt jmd das Problem und weiß Rat?

I have a new external display [Dell U4919DW, 49 inch, 5120x1440 @60Hz, USB-C 3.0 (DP & PD)] since the weekend and was happy to connect it to my MacBook Pro (2017, 4x Thunderbolt 3) via my Dell USB-C cable, which was provided with my Display. According to the MacBook's Tech Specs, resolution and refresh rate shouldn't be an issue (see MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2017, Four Thunderbolt 3 Ports) - Technical Specifications (EN).) It supports "A display with a resolution of 5120 x 2880 at 60Hz,".

Unfortunately, the reality looks like the pictures: I see that a picture is displayed but there is a hefty display error in it. The picture is stable and there is no flickering or similar, but unfortunately there is nothing to see. The same is on the integrated display. When I connect to my MacBook via Teamviewer (remote solution), I see the full 5120 pixels in the wide without any problems, only on the displays there is an error first.

I have already cleared my NVRAM via CMD+OPTION+P+R and tried all 4 Thunderbolt ports.

Does jmd know the problem and knows advice?

Anderes Kabel: Das Original Apple Thunderbolt Kabel vom MacBook Pro zeigt keine Display Anzeige, d.h. Bild bleibt schwarz. Allerdings funktioniert Power Delivery (d.h. MacBook lädt) und der interne USB Hub vom Monitor ist angeschlossen, da meine Tastatur funktioniert.

Habe noch ein drittes Kabel von Lenovo, gleiches Fehlerbild.

Wenn ich den Dell Monitor auf Picture by Picture umschalte und per USB-C und HDMI verbinde, also sozusagen 2 Screens am MacBook anschließe, dann geht es ohne Probleme. Sind dann halt 2 Screens nebeneinander. Auch meine anderen Monitore zeigen beim Macbook Anschluss über USB-C ein Bild an.

Wenn ich meinen Windows 10 HP Rechner anschließe per gleichem Kabel und mit dem Lenovo Kabel dann bekomme ich die volle Auflösung ohne Probleme auf dem Monitor.

Witzigerweise läuft die Maus ohne Probleme über den Screen, die scheint nicht vom Grafikfehler betroffen zu sein.
