MacBook Pro cannot boot

Due to attack from China, even I connect power supply cable to my MBP, the battery is not recharging. I check the battery status, then it shows "schedule to recharge at 02:00." Which means it will only recharge after battery is empty. After battery is empty, my MBP can no longer restart/boot. And the power adapter is always cool not warm at all. I even cannot recharge my MBP. So it is totally powered off now. What can I do to solve this problem? Since 2021.01.30, the governmental hacker/police from China from time to time does some active and passive attacks on my MBP and IPhone. I even lost my job and now I even cannot find a job by using my MBP. I am stranded now. I cannot get back to my normal life track. I need help. My phone number is 49-****
