Problem of inactive Apple-ID account

Dear Sir/Madam,

nice to contact you, I have a question: when I start my macbook pro 2020, always asking me to input password for ****@outlook.com (I used this apple ID first, then it showed inactive, I changed it) using my current ID ****@gmail.com. But unfortunately, it is always asking me to input the password for the inactive ID (****@outlook.com) So I wanted to recover to the initial default setings, but it appeared ID was ****@outlook, of course it is inactive. I would like to active ****@outlook.com or earease all IDs on my macbook pro, how can I do it? Hopefully I can get suggestion from you, thanks. Have a nice day:)
