False „MacBook left behind“ notification on "Find My" App

In the last few months, I started receiving false positive notifications on my iPhone through the Find Me app, indicating that my MacBook Air M1 was left behind. However, my computer is always in my backpack. The computer is set to enter sleep mode when the lid is closed. The notification doesn’t arrive immediately after closing the Mac but minutes later as I move away from the location. I don’t recall this happening before, but now it’s very annoying and practically renders the function useless.
