Purchased album wouldn't show in iTunes

Hello all!

I still use iTunes on Windows to make full backups of my iPhone. In iTunes, you can have you phone's music content shown. Until now it would of course also show purchases (I bought some items this year),so I could download them as MP3 to add them to my music collection which, because of it's size, I don't manage in iTunes entirely and also of course not in Apple Music. The last purchase was today and it doesn't show up.

So the current situation is that a purchase from July 2024 is the last item from my phone that would show in iTunes, though in the correct. But at least it shows:

The album purchase from today isn't there, even after several synchs.

Do I have to wait some time, am I doing something wrong or has something changed regarding music backups and MP3 creation? TIA.
