Likewize - Trade In
As indicated on the Apple trade-in website:
I initiated a smartphone trade-in, which directed me to the following site:
Likewize requested the details of my phone to estimate its value. After providing the necessary information, I received an estimated value along with a shipping package to send the device back. I secured the device carefully and mailed it without taking photos of the packaging, assuming it would arrive at Likewize without any issues.
However, today I received an email stating that the delivery was successful, but there was no device in the package. This feels very suspicious, as I ensured the device was packed well, taped securely, and that all labels were correctly placed.
I am currently waiting for a response from Likewize regarding the next steps. This experience is concerning, especially given that Likewize is linked as an official partner under Apple on the website.
Has anyone else encountered a similar issue?
