App Download for MacBook not possible (missing Confirmation button on popup)

What's wrong with my MacBook when sometimes - not always - Downloads from the App Store are not possible but the App Page says it’s for a MacBook? When pressing the Download button on an App Site in the store, a centered popup comes up with some app information, but no confirmation button or whatever to proceed. Only Cancel button there. It’s a never loaded app before. App Store Cache already cleared. No clue anymore.

Hallo Phaenory,

Entschuldigung, ich dachte bei der Anmeldung, man müsste in der Apple Landessprache seine Anliegen formulieren. Man konnte ja zu dem Zeitpunkt noch nicht sehen, welche Sprache die Community in diesem Bereich nutzte. Offenbar kann mir ohnehin niemand - hier weder in deutsch noch englisch - eine Antwort auf mein Problem liefern. Werde es aber daher tatsächlich mal in der English Community probieren. Danke für den Tipp.
