Issue with Contact Icons (Message, Phone, FaceTime) on iPhone

Hello,

I am having an issue with my iPhone. The icons below my contacts in the Phone and Messages apps are missing or inactive. Specifically, the options to choose between Message, Phone, or FaceTime when I view a contact do not appear or are greyed out.

This happens for all my contacts. I am unable to start a FaceTime call or iMessage directly from the contact card.

Here are the troubleshooting steps I have already tried:

1. Restarted my iPhone.
2. Checked Apple System Status – services appear to be up.
3. Signed out and back into my Apple ID.
4. Ensured Date & Time are set automatically.

Unfortunately, the problem persists. Could you please guide me through further steps to resolve this issue?

My iPhone model is: iPhone 17

iOS version is: iOS 26.2]
