I just bought a USD super drive, Is there any way to make it work with a Mac Pro? (any software, driver or extra hardware?
This Mac Pro has a hard disc upgrade, so the original DVD/CD reader was removed:

But when I connect the USB super drive to the Mac, it appears a message: "USB accessory not compatible with this Mac", also, it does not appears at "System information". It is important to note that my Macbook originally had a DVD/CD reader integrated (it was removed to add storage disk).

No, this adapter are for latter models with usb-c port, in your Mac is only connect and use according to the Apple information. In advance try for this.
Open a terminal window and type the following command:
sudo nvram boot-args="mbasd=1"
Enter your password and then reboot - the drive should work.
You need to be a computer administrator and you need a password for this to work.
