En principio sería interesante saber qué hiciste inmediatamente antes que comenzara la Mac a hacer ese problema: Instalaste un soft nuevo, modificaste algún archivo del sistema, borraste algo?
La verdad nada especial...solo trabajando como siempre.
Si bien en informática hay cosas raras, generalmente tienen un origen, una causalidad, que es interesante saber para aprender y que no vuelva a pasar.
Me encantaria saber que paso. Pero no tengo idea...
Si el HardTest te dio bien, pues entonces parece ser problema de soft. Yo te recomendaría directamente instalar el actualizado Mojave (10.14.1), desde Recuparación de Sistema pero no del disco que tenés, sino desde Internet.
El tema es que no me confio del internet que tengo en este lugar y si se corta la bajada del sistema operativo nuevo o algo sale mal no tengo un apple store para salir corriendo 😉

Utiliza la combinación Opción-⌘-R para bajar una copia desde Internet, directamente, dado que tu disco puede estar afectado por algo y, además, tiene la HighSierra y la idea es que actualices al sistema operativo más moderno.
En realidad siempre cuando vuelvo a Italia voy al apple store para instalar el nuevo sistema operativo de cero. Y después recupero todo con el Time machine.
Hay alguna manera de bajar el nuevo sistema operativo y después cuando ya lo haya bajado instalarlo? o sea no hacer todo directo online por si acaso se corta la señal de internet?
Igualmente copie el log del error para ver si alguno de ustedes que saben tanto entienden que dice.
Aca va el error. Ver si se puede identificar si es una App u otra cosa.
Sera un virus????
