Where is my iphone now?

Dear Friends, 

I am Ivan "***" and I am living in Peru.

I made a reclamation about my iphone. (Model: IPHONE 6S -

Serial No: "***")  

That I bought it the last year (NY-USA), that I only could used 6 weeks

(Repair ID: R408962216), however your technician (Employee "***") said that

the phone only can be sent into USA. 

In the mail, that I recieved some weeks ago said that I must

have been received the phone 6th January but I had not received yet.

Please, Could you send me the traking number of the package

delivered? And send me the copy of the delivery format that signed the person

who recive the item. 

Because, I have not receive my iphone yet.
