I did not authorize a purchase on VivaVideo
I have a claim on this receipt, I DID NOT AUTHORIZE this purchase. When I downloaded the app they gave me the trial days, and it was the only thing I needed. Now that I enter my email and my account history I realize that an annual account has been made for 12.99 DO NOT AUTHORIZE, no one else has access to my account. And I'm very upset because it was something I didn't do. They did not ask me if I wanted to buy it or anything and you can verify it. I need a refund because I DO NOT authorize this purchase.
