Searching for help, under a fabrication issue

How van i get help, since the logic card in my macbook pro 15 inc isnt responding, the official mac supplier wants to charge me 1,000 dllrs for the fix. But this is definitely a fabrication issue, it’s impossible that after impeccable care and reall weal care of the product a pice as the logic card is falling. Im q student and i paid for my comouter, and it will be relly hard for me to spend that much money on the fix, its half the price of buying a new one.
