Hello, i have sent my trade in to the same address from where they sent me Iphone 12 phone. Via DHL. Isent me the shipping package. Would there be any inconvenience in this regard? Will the amount of trade in be applied to my card?

So, when you receive a trade in package it generally contains all the instructions for the return, including a shipping label to send your package. I wouldn't recommend sending a Trade in kit package to another location other than the specified in the trade in kit shipping label. I would recommend to contact Apple Support to check the status of your trade in package since you've already sent it.

Hello, thanks for the follow up. So in this case its probable that the Apple branch will simply just apply a "return to sender", although I would recommend to contact Apple Support in the link I've provided before and your shipping company to see if you can redirect that said package.

I made a mistake sending my trade in before sending me the kit to send it again, so I wanted to know what I would do in this case because I sent it to an apple branch only not to the same one that said in the trade in instructions. Would you have to pay the assigned difference if the phone is not received at the correct address? or what would we do?
