Haven't received refund for not delivered iphone over 3 months ago
I purchased an iphone online on sep 28th 2021. I didn't log in to my apple id when I made the purchase. The iphone was unable to be delivered because I wasn't home. I haven't received the refund and have no way to request or track it because I did not log in to my apple ID to make the purchase. Can someone please help me? Where can I call or email?
