Acabo de instalar xplane 11 con numero de serie. Al ejecutar aviones anteriormente comprados no se ejecutan. Como solucionarlo ?

I made the purchase of several planes in the years 2020, 2021 and 2022 and they were installed on a PC in the Windows environment, I had no problems installing them and the X-Plane 11 program loaded and executed them correctly.

Currently I have changed from a PC to a Mac-OS Monterey version 12.4 environment, i Mac 24 inches, whose characteristics are: Apple 1M chip, 16 GB memory. I have had no problems running X-plane 11 with the planes installed by default, although when installing the planes purchased from you, it does not load them properly and obviously does not run them properly either.

I would be grateful if you could point me to a solution.
