Apple Watch pauses during workout
How can I stop my Apple Watch to pause during workout especially outdoor Wall or run.. the option auto pause is off. but is really annoying. I don't like the apple fitness plus

When you are doing a running workout and you stop (for example to rest) the Apple Watch automatically stops or resumes the workout. However, when you're doing a walking workout, you have to stop or resume it manually from your Apple Watch.
