tenorshare ianygo

hi.I upgraded my phone to ios 16.2 and my phone does not connect to tenorshare ianygo. error(failed to install the ios component.Connect the device again!).how do I fix this?I tried to install ios version 15.6, but my iPhone freezes-a black screen and a white apple and that's it.please help me
