Upgrading to new version of MacOS

Hi Apple community, I am trying to upgrade the OS of my MacBook Pro. The characteristics of my laptop are: MacBook Pro 13-inch, mid 2012, processor 2,5 GHz intel Core i5, memory 8 GB 1333 Mhz DDR3. It has installed the Mac OS High Sierra version 10.13.6, and Safari 13.1.2.

I am trying to use and Editor from six that requires Safari version 14 or superior. Is ti possible to upgrade to this version with my current MacOs High Sierra??
