Logic Pro bug ( no solution )

Okay I have a problem on Logic, I've been trying to find solution by my own but i didn't find anything.

When ever I record audios ( from guitar, from microphone ), it appears on the software but a bit delayed, the audio file is not on time as i recorded it so I always got to fix it myself by cutting it and replacing it on time. I'm recording through a basic Scarlett USB but the problem comes from my computer, because my Scarlett works perfectly on other computers. I've tried to change the buffer's size but the problem is still.

I'm currently using a MacBook pro ( with touchbar ).

Please help.
