Stuck in boot loop for A YEAR - The UNSOLVED issue

Hi! This is my last hope.

Ever since Mojave (now on Catalina), my MacBook {MacBook Air (13-inch, Early 2014)} WILL NOT turn back on after it has shut down, and is stuck in an endless bootloop, can start in safe mode.

EVERYTHING has been done and checked, went to the Apple store multiple times, I visit the Genius Bar weekly. All the tests are fine. I'm sure the issue is from a kernel, and they have noone who can help me with that there.

We did a full clean install, formatted everything, made sure to change the file system format on the partition (apparently could have been causing the issue). Still no change, I was back in there the week after.

The ONLY THING that will make sure it boots are:

• Leaving an empty battery for a full night (doesn't always work but it usually works)
• Installing/updating again the OS (no need for a clean install) and it ONLY WORKS when I do it in the genius bar

I have done everything multiple times, this happens SYSTEMATICALLY after the mac is shut down. PRAM/SRC are useless, I've checked kernels, removed extensions, checked in Verbose mode if anything was causing the blockage. I am lost now. I checked of course all of the forums, I tried every single thing that has been said anywhere online.

The computer otherwise is totally fine, works well, nothing particularly alarming.

This is a nightmare, I can never shut off my computer, whenever I have an update needed for something I need to make sure it doesn't shut down, but then it's the endless loop of having it become slower and slower until it decides to shut down by itself. I'm soon leaving for a town where there is no Apple store and I can't keep spending days waiting at the genius bar.

I am having a suspicion on a Nvidia kext that has caused the same issues on hackintosh (I don't have a hackintosh) and is the oldest kext.
