AUlowpass and other plugins evolution not working

Hi everyone,

I have a weird issue using AULowPass and Phat FX plugins. I've modified some drum tracks using those but I only hear the beginning of the effects after export, not their progression. In the screenshot below, when the cursor hits the beginning of the region (at around 111 for the first track and 146 for the second), it gives the desired effect, but it stays the same, even though the progression curves clearly show the sound should evolve. A funny thing is that the sound and effects will update if I move the cursor around while playing, but not if I play from the beginning of the project nor after the export... A couple of things I've tried: uncheck normalization when exporting, deactivate other plugins in those tracks, restart the software.
