why does my brand new m3 max macbook pro makes a weird writting noise on the ssd like its a regular harddrive?

Apparently called "coil whine" amongst users having the same issue, it seems to be an electrical problem and why hasn't apple fixed this? On such an expensive machine I find it unacceptable. Even my 2017 MacBook Pro ssd was completely silent.

And no it’s not the fan noise.

Not a software issue. It is definitely hardware.

Support seems to be unaware of this or so they say.
