refund for the app

hello dear support team! i forgot to cancel trial subscription and they took 99.99$ from my car for the app i don’t use and not going to use. i requested a refund explaining my situation on the refund web page but they refused it twice! could you please help me to solve this issue. i REALLY don’t need this app and i don’t use it and 99.99$ is a lot for me omg i’m crying please help.
