Cannot remove card from Apple Pay on a no longer used account

Hi,

I have added my credit card to my iphone with my account, after a few day I reformated my iPhone and added my husband apple account on this phone and tryed to add the same credit card to apple pay.

I get an error daying that's impossible. The bank told me that I should remove the credit from the previous account, but now that the phone is reformated and has a new install + account it's impossible.

How can I remove it from my previous account ?
