order online not confirmed

Hello, I ordered the new airpods online September 30th, but never got an email confirmation, only one on the website thanking me for my purchase. The website said they should come between the 12th and 22nd of october, but because I got no confirmation of the purchase I'm not sure I will even get notified when they deliver. I delivered them to a drop off point, not my home so I need to know.
