Urgent – MacBook Access Locked

Hello,


I am writing to request your exceptional assistance regarding my locked MacBook, which I am no longer able to access.




I visited an Apple Store to resolve this issue, but I was informed that a proof of purchase from 2015 is required. Unfortunately, Best Buy is unable to provide this invoice, as their system only retains records from 2019 onward.




The MacBook was originally purchased under my brother’s name, Najd ***, and he gifted it to me approximately four years ago. I have been the sole user of this computer since then. However, a few days ago, after changing my password, I was no longer able to access the device.




I attempted all suggested recovery methods, including signing in with my email and using my Apple Watch when prompted by the system, but none of these attempts were successful. Following these failed attempts, the Mac became completely locked and now only displays a lock screen, preventing any access.




I am respectfully requesting your help to review my case and consider an exceptional solution, as this computer is essential for my personal and professional use.
