billing problem

Hello Apple Support,

I’m having an issue adding my bank card to my payment methods. Everything was working fine before, but now I can’t link any card, including my Belarusian international Mastercard.

When I try to add it, I get the message:

“Cannot verify payment information. Contact Apple Support for more info.”

Because of this, I’m unable to pay for my subscriptions or make any purchases, even though my card is active and works for international payments.

Could you please explain what might be causing this and what I can do to fix it?
