iCloud Keychain End-to-End Encryption Sync Loop
I am experiencing a critical bug with my Apple ID involving an end-to-end encryption (E2EE) sync loop.
My iPhone is constantly requesting the passcode of a 'trusted' device that I no longer own. When I select the option 'Don't know passcode' to attempt a reset, the Settings menu crashes and closes the tab immediately. This prevents me from using iCloud features and I cannot bypass this security prompt.
I have already attempted to remove the old device from my account, but the device trust status remains active on your backend. I need you to escalate this ticket to clear the 'Device Trust' status for my current iPhone so that I can re-authenticate my account without the prompt for the old device’s passcode.
