erro acesso sitio da receita federal e-cac - HTTP Error 403.7 - Forbidden

mensagem de erro ao tentar acessar o sitio da receita federal do brasil, E-CAC, com certificado digital, estava funcionado ate atualizar o catalina semana passada.
