Appstore Issue: No Itunes Store Account; Itunes Issue: This Apple ID has not yet been used with the App Store.

Hi Community,

I bought today one apple tv (3gen) and is becoming a nightmare to get the things working...

Follow all the pre-requisites (creation of an apple id, added the billing address/payment method) but when I tried to access the AppStore on the device I am got the following the error:

No iTunes Store Account

Before using this Apple ID on your Apple TV, you must first login into an IOS device, Mac, or PC to create an iTunes Store Account.

I have tried to access on my laptop (windows) the iTunes app and I got the following error:

"This Apple ID has not yet been used with the App Store. Please review your account information"

I read some apple community threads but I none of the references help me or give any valuable help to fix my problem.

Example: no itunes store account - Apple Community

Any ideas/clues how I can solve this ?
